The Price of the apartments in Vivacity Residence is established on different criterias as follows:

• Internal: the built surface of the apartment, garden’s/terrace’s surface, apartment finishings, floor, view, orientation according to the cardinal points, condominium facilities..
• External: the location in the area, accessibility, proximity from: Mall, lakes, universities, city centre.

Therefore, two apartments with the same surface may have different prices, due to the different value as a whole of the apartment.
This is the reason why Vivacity is not selling an apartment at a price per m2 but an apartment as a whole.
